Kris Cleans is carefully monitoring COVID-19 (coronavirus) and its impact in our community. We make sure to do our part so we encourage our customers to do the same.
If you can answer “YES” to any of the questions listed below- we will cancel our residential cleaning or commercial cleaning service until there are no affirmative answers. Please understand we need to keep ourselves, families and other clients safe. Cancellation fees will still apply if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours in advance.
Have you or anyone in your household had any of the following symptoms in the last 21 days: sore throat, cough, chills, body aches for unknown reasons, shortness of breath for unknown reasons, loss of smell, loss of taste, fever at or greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit?
Have you or anyone in your household cared for an individual who is in quarantine or is a presumptive positive or has tested positive for COVID-19?
Do you have any reason to believe you or anyone in your household has been exposed to or acquired COVID-19?
To the best of your knowledge have you been in close proximity to any individual who tested positive for COVID-19?

The health and safety of our ourselves, our families and our clients is our highest priority during this time. While we cannot control the severity or unpredictability of this virus, we can take preventive measures to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19.
